Being able to load your ticket history can be helpful as it allows you to quickly view your submitted tickets over time and help determine if you've had repeat issues (ie your computer keeps crashing, a printer keeps jamming, etc). The ticket history allows both you and the tech department to draw upon previous data to determine the history and scope of an issue, as well as possible trends.
The ticket history is accessed from the "My activities" section of an account. Once logged in to the Help Desk, you can find that by clicking on your account in the upper-right corner and then clicking "My activities"
This will load your account history, where you can view your tickets (current, as well as past), as well as view any tickets you've been CC'd on.
