Set Up Gmail Using the Gmail App

Beginning with the '20-'21 school year, Gmail is the recommended email app for all district iPads. Once the app is installed (automatically for K-2, through the App Catalog for 3-5), it can be setup as follows:

1. Open the Gmail app and tap "Sign in" at the bottom

Note: If you've already signed into any of the Google Drive/Docs/Sheets/Slides apps, you'll be able to quickly add your account, otherwise read on if you haven't signed in already.IMG_0009.PNG

2. Tap Add Another Account if promptedIMG_0010.PNG

5. Enter your email usernameIMG_0013.PNG

7. Tap doneIMG_0015.PNG
